読む：同じ文章を3回読んで、速さを上げる
繰り返し読みで「かたまりの処理」を自動にする
今日のゴール同じ文章で速さが上がるのを、自分の数字で見る
レッスン3・4で聴く方は一区切りついた（書き取り65%→82%→100%）。ここからは、診断で一番大きな課題やった読む速さに戻る。診断は68語/分、ペース読みは70語/分がちょうどやった（LR-0004・LR-0007）。
今日やるのは繰り返し読み。同じ文章を3回読んで、1回目と3回目で速さがどれだけ変わるかを測る。そのあと、初見の文章でもう一度測って、上がった速さが持ち越されるかを見る。

参照資料は見ずにやってな。前回から間を空けてるから、思い出せるかの確認や。
1書類の提出についての文
that の前（目印2：つなぎの言葉）、must の前（目印3：長い主語のあと）、to と before の前（目印1：前置詞）。of の前は切らへんから the end of the week で1つ。「申込書は／あなたがダウンロードした（申込書は）／返さなあかん／人事部に／今週の終わりまでに」。
1 仕組み読む速さを止めてる3つのブレーキ

2つ目が今日の的や。人は、意識してやる作業を同時に2つはできへん。「語の意味を思い出す」のに頭を使ってるうちは、「文全体の意味をつかむ」方に頭が回らへん。逆に、語やかたまりの処理が意識せんでもできる状態（自動）になると、頭が空いて、速さも理解も一緒に上がる。
その自動化を起こす一番手っ取り早い方法が、同じ文章を繰り返し読むことや。

読み取れることが3つある。
- 同じ文章なら、その日のうちに速くなる（78→104語/分）。これは今日すぐ体験できる
- 続けると、初見の文章の速さ自体が上がる（78→106語/分）。ここが本当の狙い
- 題材が変わると一旦落ちる（106→88語/分）。同じ論文の中で紹介されてる先行研究でも、古い文章と新しい文章で語彙の重なりが薄いと、持ち越しは小さいとされてる
出発点の78語/分は、今の68語/分とほぼ同じ高さや。それと、3つ目の話があるから、今日の2本はわざと同じ系統（会社のお知らせ／店からのメール）で揃えてある。TOEIC の Part 7 も同じ系統ばかり出るから、日課の多読も系統を揃えた方が持ち越しが効く。

2回目：音声を聴きながら、目で追う
ここは時間を測らへん。音声に合わせて目を動かすことで、自分のペースより少し速い読み方を体に入れる（さっきの研究もこのやり方や）。速い方がきつかったら「少しゆっくり」でええ。かたまりをひと目で取るつもりで追ってな。

3 練習2初見の文章で測る
ここが今日の本題や。さっき上がった速さが、初めて見る文章にも持ち越されてるかを見る。同じ系統（店からのメール）やけど、中身は初見や。

A tracking number is printed at the top of this email. If the package does not arrive by Friday, please call our service center and we will send a new one at no charge. 気づいたかもしれんけど、このメールには set up／at the top of／sign up／in about みたいな、レッスン4でやった弱い語の組み合わせが入ってる。読むときに拾える形は、聴くときにも拾いやすくなる。
コツ
- 2回目・3回目は「速く読もう」やなくて「かたまりをひと目で取ろう」と考える。速さは結果としてついてくる
- 知らん語が出ても止まらへん。前後から見当をつけて進む
- 3回目が飽きるくらい楽に感じたら、それが「自動になった」状態や。その感覚を覚えておく
- 日課の多読でも、気に入った1本を3回読むやり方は使える。毎回ちがう文章を1回ずつ読むより、速さは上がりやすい
4 一次資料本物の英文で繰り返し読む
BBC Learning English「6 Minute English」のスクリプトから1段落を選んで、同じ段落を3回読んでみて。3回目に「目が止まらんくなった」感じがあれば、今日の練習が効いてる証拠や。音声もあるから、2回目は音声を聴きながら目で追うとええ。
5 記録結果を Claude に渡す
終わったら、結果をまとめて1行を貼ってな。3つの速さ（1回目・3回目・初見）が出る。診断の68語/分と比べる。「3回目は楽やった」「初見は元に戻った感じ」みたいな感想も一言あると、日課の多読の難しさを決めやすい。
